Conscious breathing is an easy to learn technique that leads us to inner peace and it brings about positive changes in our body. With the help of the connected breath we arrive in the moment and in this mental state the power of the breath flow has a deeply relaxing effect. We rediscover our natural, playful curiosity about being human. I invite you to a relaxing and individual journey of discovery within.
